Karl Deutsch “Today war is a greater threat to human life than famine or disease…In our time, research on the causes of war and ways to contain, control, and finally abolish all-out war has become an expression of mankind’s will to live.” I recently moved to Seton Hall University. I also currently serve as a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Marine Corps University as a Senior Advisor to the Cyberspace Solarium Commission 2.0, and Visiting Fellow at the Royal Danish Defense College. My research is focused on cyber security, popular culture and conflict, race and ethnicity politics, and international conflict. Our 2018 book is Cyber Strategy, now available on paperback from Amazon and OUP. I serve as the Area Editor for International Relations and Strategy for the Journal of Cybersecurity and a General Editor for the Oxford University Press Book Series on Disruptive Technology and International Security.
